Resilient Coupling, also known as flexible coupling, is a widely used mechanical transmission component applied to connect driving shafts and driven shafts in mechanical systems. It mainly functions to transmit torque and rotational power, compensate for axial, radial and angular misalignment between shafts, damp vibration and buffer impact loads during operation.
Compared with rigid couplings, elastic couplings have good flexibility, stable performance and long service life. They can effectively reduce equipment wear and protect motors, reducers, pumps and other related mechanical parts from damage caused by vibration and misalignment.
